Delivery
Ans: Delivery service is available at $18 per trip, daily delivery slots are 1100-1500hr or 1500-1900hr. We do provide islandwide delivery, but do note that a surcharge of $10 will apply for Sentosa Island & Tuas area, and surcharge of $10 for same-day delivery. Amendment
Ans: Our standard terms & conditions, which is stated in the invoice confirmation is as below.
For order amendment(s) 72 hours advance notice is required, with the exception to the following; for Guo Da Li, Baby Full Month gift sets, or Wedding Tiered Cake amendment(s), 1 week advance notice is required.
All allowed amendment is subjected to S$5 surcharge per change request.

Cancellation
Ans: For order cancellation, 72 hours advance notice is required. For Guo Da Li, Baby Full Month gift sets, or Wedding Tiered Cake cancellation, 1 week advance notice is required. 100% surcharge is applicable for cancellation request less than 72 hours, or less than 1 week for respective product mentioned.
Amount paid is non-refundable regardless of whether cancellation is allowed. For order cancellation with ample advance notice, a Credit Note may be issued and value can be used for next order/purchase.
