Yam Orh-Ni Mont Blanc

In celebration of our nation's 53rd Birthday! Here's a Singapore version of a Mont Blanc cake. Taro flavoured Chiffon, with Blackcurrant syrup, Blueberry jam swirls, Vanilla Cream, topped with Yam Orh-Ni and coconut "Vermicelli". Collection between 28 July to 31 Aug '18.
