The rising star in recent years; Jiang Xiao Bai is gaining popular among the younger generation, and we can see why. This father’s day, we wanted to create a cake great as a nightcap. The result – a harmless looking vanilla spongecake jazzed up with homemade Jiang Xiao Bai jello cubes; using the sweet and fragrant Chinese white liquor (of 40% alcohol content!) and fried Ikan Bilis for that umami taste!
